Basement Bound

I like the idea of a man bound in a basement. In English, the word "dungeon" is used for an underground place where dark deeds are done. In my native French, a "donjon" is a kind of tower, so the idea of an underground place gets kind of lost. I cannot get rid of that association entirely, so I'd rather use another word than "dungeon" for a secret underground place. And I really like "basement". It's such an ordinary word - there are basement flats, all kinds of buildings have basements. Very often, we keep things we don't use anymore but don't want to throw away in the basement. It's a place where people seldom go. So it's a good place to keep a mature man prisoner, bound and gagged. What will be his fate, I wonder... Don't you?

Santa Claus in Hell!

Good lord! It's Santa Claus! Being held prisoner in hell! So it seems I'm not the only person who has fantasies about the jolly ho-ho-ho-er. This is from Gumby Winter Fun Special published in 1988 by Comico. Script is by the brilliant Steve Purcell, also responsible for the inspired lunacy of Sam & Max, and art is by Art... Adams, that is! Astute menwatchers will note a strong resemblance between Santa (aka Ray Crabbe - so we get to know his real name at last) and Scottish actor (now Sir) Sean Connery. Which only makes this example of Santa Claus in bondage all the more delectable!

His Lordship Captured

This drawing has been a long time in coming. I pencilled it more than a year ago, then never got around to inking it, then started inking it, then couldn't be bothered to finish inking it. Today, I realised I had already signed and dated it, so I'd better finish it pretty soon or else I'd have to change the date. So here it is, finished and coloured, in time for Boxing Day.
Does that mean our hapless older man could end up carted off in a box? Well, mmmaybeee. I don't know why I decided he was an English lord. Maybe because he looked aristocratic, at least to me. Also, when I was a boy, I saw this ad for a porn book (or magazine, or film, or something - bear with me, it was the early 1970s) which was the story of an English duke who found himself bound and enslaved by his wife on the night of his marriage. The ad was so teeny weeny that the image of the bound man was almost impossible to make out, which was in fact a great boost to my imagination - had I seen the actual object, I would probably have been disappointed. As it is, that very small picture and the three accompanying lines of texts have been fueling my fantasies for more than thirty years.

'tis the season to be jolly

Of course, the mature man of the day is the world famous Santa. This is how I'd like to find him on Christmas day. No wonder the old codger hasn't brought me anything for years.

Catch Me If You Can

Now I know what you folks have been thinking ever since I started this blog. You're probably thinking "That guy's a real sadist. He draws all those men in tight and uncomfortable bondage, often in awkward positions. What a creep!" Well, that's a misconception if there ever was one. I'm really a very kind and considerate person. And here's proof : this guy has the means to escape. He just has to reach it. Of course, you don't know how many hours he's been slowly crawling towards salvation, nor how long it'll take him to reach it and to cut himself free. That is, if his captor doesn't come and snatch the scissors from him before he can use them. An maybe throw them a few feet away from him. So the game can last a little bit longer...

Another Unexpected Situation

Well, what can I say? There was actually one request for the sequel, and since, as far as I know, there might be only three people actually interested in this blog, that makes it an overwhelming popular demand. So here's the follow-up to the last drawing. I have absolutely no idea how the younger guy managed to turn the tables on the older one, but he's done it and now he's taking advantage of the situation. I know I would (evil grin).

Unexpected Situation

I'm back! Yes, yes, I know, it's been the longest time. But I've been doing... things. Like, you know, going on vacation, meeting new people, going abroad... You know, stuff. Plus I don't spend all my time drawing mature men in bondage. Every now and then, I have to actually put mature men in bondage. Anyway, here's a new drawing, which is actually an old drawing, begun years ago, which I finished and coloured. Many of the drawings I post on this blog are like that.

You'll probably think - hey, what gives? The older man is actually tying up the younger one! Ah, yes, but the younger one is not that young and still qualifies as mature. And who knows for how long the older one has got the upper hand? Maybe, if enough people ask me for it, I'll draw a "sequel" showing the tables being turned.
